Beautiful, spacious and well kept condo. The kitchen was very well stocked, like we would be in our own home. Communication with the owners was super easy. They messaged me with tips, reminders and general information. The ocean view was beautiful with the sunrise in the mornings, and we were given a key code for their private balcony facing the west so that we could watch the sunsets over the bay. We had such a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this condo to anyone!

This was my first time visiting South Padre Island. I had initially booked this condo for 3 nights. The moment I stepped through the door, the beautiful Gulf views, the squeaky cleanliness, and the general great vibes made me immediately extend my stay by 2 nights. Excellent attention to detail, well-stocked kitchen/bath/bedrooms, everything labeled very thoughtfully and helpfully. The check-in process was smooth and the building concierge are very helpful too. Great pool and easy walk to the beach. There was a SpaceX Starship launch and Isla Blanca Park nearby is great for viewing and you can just walk on the beach to get there. Sylvia and Rey are excellent hosts. Proactive and quick with communication. The garage has Tesla Destination Chargers if you have an EV and that was very helpful. I would happily stay here again!

Everything was great and immaculately cleaned. The house had everything that we would ever need. We enjoyed our stay, and are planning a return trip.

We have stayed at the Sapphire for 5 years every summer and this was the best stocked as far as cooking utensils and the cleanest dishes etc. If I had to give one suggestion if you have littles is bring your own cleaning supplies. We couldn’t find window cleaner or Lysol and our 3 and 4 year old had finger prints throughout we were wiping off with a towel but wish could have cleaned better prior to leaving. Great location and the managers communicated wonderfully! Will be booking again

Condo, check in, amenities, staff were all top notch! We try not to drive while on the island & found many places to eat/shop within walking distance. Perfect New Years Eve Getsway

We really enjoyed our stay! The location couldn't be more convenient being right on the beach and the pool is beautiful (and big!) which offered us the best of both worlds having both the beach and a pool at our fingertips. Margaritaville is right next door with a restaurant, little shop/convenience store and coffee shop too if you need anything quickly and don't want to drive anywhere. The view of the beach and ocean from two different patios was beautiful! The hosts were very proactive in their communication, offered great local suggestions and the condo included thoughtful things like a beach wagon, soft sided coolers, etc. to make your stay on the beach that much easier.

Exactly as described. Awesome kitchen appliances, dishes, utensils, etc. tvs in all rooms with wifi working well. Beautiful building and common areas.

This place is amazing. Has plenty of dishes and cookware as well as spices and a Keurig. TVs in every room. Comfortable beds and plenty of towels. Wifi is fast just note that the password is on the TV. Will definitely be going back.

We absolutely loved it here and would definitely come back. If you’re visiting SPI with family, look no further than Sapphire. It really has everything you need in the area, with clean beaches and clean pools. Our room was absolutely wonderful. Nothing is baby/toddler-proof, so keep that in mind. But our kiddo had no problems. Almost everything was provided, so if you travel/pack light, this is a wonderful option. We brought my grandmother along, and having a step-less entry made with easy elevators and front drop-off made it very comfortable for her. The hosts were very quick to respond when we had questions. I chose their place because they had a very good refund policy in the event of inclement weather, but luckily we didn’t have to cancel and we had a blast. I can keep raving, but I think all the other reviews have done a great job of nailing the reason this is one of SPI’s top places.

We are so happy we chose to stay here! We had a multigen family trip so the three bedrooms, 2 bath condo was the right size for us with enough bedrooms and common areas for everybody. The kitchen was super well stocked which was great as we had planned to spend as much time at the beach and property as possible. The decor and furnishings made us feel like we were staying at a high end resort. The hosts have a bunch of beach toys, wagon, beach chairs etc that you can use. You have direct access to the beach through the pool at the back of the property. The pool is great too. Honestly we couldn't have asked for more. All of us (7 yr old, teens, parents and grandparents) had an amazing time here.

We all loved it , very clean and fun place to stay, bery close to the beach.

absolutely loved the condo. beautiful views, very comfortable atmosphere, easy to get to and a huge perk to have both balconies. couldn't have asked for anything better. we will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Texas :)

Best place in SPI. We splurged a little bit this year and it was worth every penny. Can’t go back now. Hosts were super responsive, place was immaculate and we enjoyed their dinner recommendations. Will be first on our list to see if it is open when we go back.

The condo was great, had plenty of space and was well equipped. Great place to stay!! The resort is nice, the work hard to keep the property in good shape and security is active in preventing unruly behavior and enforcing the property rules. This allows for a fantastic family vacation property without the heavy party atmosphere you find as soon as you step off the property.

Great location easy access to the beach. Balcony view is great besides a little of looking at the top of a roof. The condo has everything you need unless you plan on cooking. You will need all the food condiments and seasoning. We had a great time. I would definitely stay at this condo again. The host is available for you and answer questions quickly.

First class, 5-Star experience! Condo was very modern and clean, booking and check in was easy, and property management was very responsive. Great location and family oriented! Will definitely book again.
