Great place. Highly recommended!!!!

Really nice location with a view of beach and main pool. Very comfortable, clean, and functional for a beach stay. So nice to have a good kitchen, and multiple bedrooms and bathrooms. Easy and quick walk to beach. Nice touch to have beach towels, wagon, and chairs for guest use. You can also rent chair and umbrella setups on the beach daily. Super easy. Gated parking lot and fast elevators/ friendly staff also a positive. Would stay again!

The location offered exceptional convenience. The beach access was immediate and effortless, and the multiple on-site pools provided a fantastic alternative. We also appreciated the secure and easily navigable facility, making our short vacation stress-free.

Excellent/Outstanding location. Very close to the beach area, Great view from the balcony, Pool was right there. Everything was clean and comfortable. We were able to use the beach wagon, which came in handy to take out items to the beach. We like to cook a lot, so the only critique would be to have sharper knives for cutting vegetables ; and better and bigger frying pans.

Great experience with Sylvia and Rey! Loved spending my time at their place. Just like the pictures.

Fue un buen lugar, la pasamos muy bien en la playa. Las albercas estaban saturadas en las horas pico, pero el horario extendido hasta las 11 pm ayuda mucho. En general muy bien.

We stayed at Sylvia and Rey's condo for 3 nights with our 2 granddaughters, aged 15 and 11 in June '24. We were fortunate to have good weather during our stay after recent storms in the area. The condo is very easy to find and in a great location. It is a gated community with ample parking. The unit is spacious, clean and well equipped. It looks out over the main pool (there are 3) and tennis courts. There were a couple of items that could do with a little TLC, but nothing that impacted our stay. The beach was nice and not too crowded and the kids loved the water. Chair/umbrella rental is available nearby. There are ample restaurants and shops nearby. Yummies is great for breakfast and the restaurant at the Margaritaville next door was good for lunch. For dinner, Gabriella's is a nice Italian and Longboard Grill on the bay was lively and played good music. The Beachside water park is also nearby and was a fun day out. Sylvia seemed very nice. We all had a great time.

Great little condo in SPI. Loved having direct line view of the beach. Although these great owners make sure their specific renters are family oriented, the complex is a student-spring break promoted complex online in the month of March/April.

This place was awesome. Super clean and a great patio with a great view! A+++

This condo was exactly what we were expecting. Great location and peoperty!! 3 pools were great and left enough room for all the guests. Thr condo had a wagon to haul stuff to the beach along with toys and boogie boards. Kitchen was fully stocked and unit was clean! It even has a dehumidifier! Remote was dead for tv and hosts had batteries to the door in a short time. Anything you need the hosts are responsive in minutes and were great! Beach was quick to access and parking lot was secure and gated. Overall fantastic time and will be back!

We loved the apartment, it’s so comfty and has a great view straight to the ocean. The kitchen is fully equipped, everything was clean, definitely you feel at home here. We’ll gladly be back to stay here! The beach is in front of you and also everything you need to have a nice day at the beach it’s in the apartment (chairs, toys, etc) Thank you so much for the lovely stay

Accommodations were great! Beautiful place and view. Great location with numerous restaurants close by. Definitely will be back again.

We loved our two day getaway here! Our first impression was that the condo was very clean and we absolutely loved that. The living/common area is way bigger than it seems in the photos which was awesome. The place is fully stocked with kitchen essentials and appliances, and bathroom towels, and beach things. It was very close to the elevator and pool access was very easy. We would definitely recommend this place and come back again.

Our family had a wonderful time staying here. Sylvia and Rey were very responsive and helpful. We highly recommends staying here.

hosts were nice always answered all my questions, the location was perfect, in my opinion, and the view was beautiful, with the beach so close and 3 swimming pools you really dont need to leave the condo except to eat, although they have most of what you need to cook like pots and pans you will need to bring your own spices, cooking oil and things like that to cook and bring plenty of clothes because the laundry machines in the building are very small and $2.50 a load to wash. we really enjoyed the condo

Place was beautiful, near the front of the island with lots of different activities. I would recommend to stay at this place and would stay again myself.

We usually stay at hotels when getting away for a few days. This definitely beat any hotel, and the price was right. I will be staying here again when we come back to SPI. Highly recommend this place.
