The Sapphire amenities include: -Two Large Private Swimming Pools -Children's Pool -Expansive and Lush Landscaped Grounds -Fully Equipped Fitness Center -Full-service Day Spa -Game Room -Private Theater Room The Sapphire is conveniently located within minutes from restaurants, shopping plazas, and also has direct beach access with a private boardwalk. The City of South Padre Island offers free metro transportation and Uber/Taxis are also available. Some people prefer to walk, rent a bike, or rent a golf cart to get around. Sapphire Policy ONLY during SPRING BREAK 2026, 3/13-3/22 and HOLY WEEK 3/27-4/05, states: "At check in the concierge will ask for ID’s of all guests to confirm the renter and guests are a family living under the same household during their check in time. We will not allow check in if the renter does not meet these requirements. Family is considered only immediate (mother, father, daughter, son, and/or grandparents). Cousins, aunts, uncles, nephews or nieces ARE NOT considered immediate family. SPI City permit information is on file.

July 2025 5.00Great location and probably the best resort to stay on SPI. The condo itself is great for a couple of families or one large one. The only hiccup was that low water pressure made it difficult for more than one person to shower at once, but once we brought to their attention, they had maintenance come out and fix it. We would definitely stay here again.

June 2025 5.00Sylvia and Rey’s condominium was perfect for our family trip to South Padre Island! We really loved having 2 balconies. . . gulf and bay side! Beautiful large pool with a shallow area for grandchildren. Easy access to beach 🏝️ Sylvia and Rey were very responsive to any questions!

May 2025 5.00Oh my goodness, this place is stunning! We had such an amazing time. Stunning views, great decor, spacious layout, and diligent/responsive hosts. The staff at Sapphire were also incredibly helpful. Will DEFINITELY be returning!

May 2025 5.00Where do I start to say how amazed I was of this beautiful condominium. From the very first step I could smell the cleanliness. Everything was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect and the view from the balconies definitely are breathtaking. The rooms were spacious enough for all my family to spread throughout the condo. Excellent accommodations and 100% recommended. Definitely will keep as my favorite place to stay on our next visit to the Island. Thank you Rey and Sylvia!!
