Welcome to Sapphire! The Sapphire has some of the best amenities, starting with the 100 yard pool, world class spa, theatre and game room! This condo is on the 13th floor and has almost 1,800 square feet of living space. Reserve your space at one of the cabanas, take a walk along the beach, or relax on the balcony. Our focus is to make your time here as pleasant as possible. This condo easily sleeps 8 people, it has a comfortable open layout with views to the beach as well as the Laguna Madre Bay, the views of the sunrise and sunset are absolutely amazing! The Sapphire amenities include: -100 Yard Pool -Children's Pool -Expansive and Lush Landscaped Grounds -Fully Equipped Fitness Center -Full-service Day Spa -Game Room -Private Theater Room -Direct beach access with a private boardwalk South Padre Island is lined with restaurants, cafés, shops, and beachside restaurants/bars. Many locals and tourists enjoy wind surfing, fishing, dinner cruises and much more!The City of South Padre Island offers free metro transportation and Uber/Taxis are also available. Some people prefer to walk, rent a bike, or rent a golf cart to get around. We're local and always just a phone call away! Sapphire Policy ONLY during SPRING BREAK and HOLY WEEK: "At check in the concierge will ask for ID’s of all guests to confirm the renter and guests are a family living under the same household during their check in time. We will not allow check in if the renter does not meet these requirements. Family is considered only immediate (mother, father, daughter, son, and/or grandparents). Cousins, aunts, uncles, nephews or nieces are NOT considered immediate family." SPI city permit information is on file.
