Beach and SpaceX views @ Sapphire 2605

What a wonderful trip! Sylvia and Rey made it absolutely perfect! I would definitely recommend staying at the Sapphire Condominiums. The condo had everything you needed and more. Gorgeous views of the beach. Sylvia and Rey offered recommendations which we used and they responded quickly to any questions. We will definitely be back! Thank you.

If you are looking for a place to stay during your vacation to SPI, this is the perfect place to stay. It is worth every cent. The view is wonderful and it is close to attractions and various restaurants. The only problems we had during the stay were not the fault of the hosts, Sylvia and Rey, but of the condo theirselves. All in all, I would definitely stay here again.

So glad I stumbled across Sylvia & Rey’s place. The 26th floor had an amazing view, the floor plan was accommodating for my family & I, the location was accessible to everything, and Margarittaville being next door was a bonus!

We were very satisfied with our hosts. They were very helpful, on top of things and our stay with them did not disappoint. Definitely looking for sites they are hosting to stay in the future. Thanks again.

We had a wonderful stay at Sylvia and Rey’s property in South Padre Island. The condo’s location provided stunning views of the beach, with soothing ocean breeze. We were thrilled with every aspect of the experience, from cleanliness and well maintained condition of the property to proactive communications and prompt responsiveness of our hosts. All the detailed touches, like beach towels and well stocked kitchen, made our stay even more comfortable. In addition, the perfect view of SpaceX launch during our stay was a fantastic highlight. We were extremely satisfied and plan to return, We highly recommend this property.

Loved our stay here. Sylvia & Rey sent multiple messages from warnings about possible traffic, to reminders upon check in & their favorite restaurants/spots. They had a wagon cart to use for luggage & the beach, as well as plenty of beach towels. Kitchen was very nice & Keurig a plus (we always travel with our own Kpods) vs traditional maker. This was our first time in a high rise condo (we normally stay in a house rental) & we loved the balcony. Great ocean side breeze, no mosquitoes reach you on 26th floor & we could enjoy the live music at Margaritaville. (But you can’t hear the music inside the condo for those worried about that.) My 16 y/o & his friend loved the game room at night for pool & foosball. We didn’t use the theater room but if we had a longer stay we would have. It was so cool! Had an issue with our key cards not working but that was the front desk not programming the right check out date. All in all we would definitely stay here again!

Premium location on one of the highest floors in the Sapphire... great panorama of the beach! Condo is well stocked, and Sylvia and Rey were proactively communicative. It also had enough of the basics (diswasher detergent, trashbags, shampoo, etc), which is so helpful when traveling!

We simply loved every moment of our stay at this property! We love the Sapphire and were happy to have the opportunity to return. Sylvia and Rey are beyond exceptional hosts. Throughout our planning leading up to our stay and during our stay, they were responsive to many my questions and were always happy to offer guidance. The location of the Sapphire prooerties is fantastic. We love the view and the peaceful surroundings. Sylvia and Rey's properties are the only properties we even consider for our trips to South Padre Island. We know we can rent their properties and they will be pristine, well-maintained, nicely furnished, and they will exceed our expectations. We are looking forward to renting other properties Sylvia and Rey offer at the Sapphire. We are huge SpaceX fans so we know we will be back!

My boys and I and their friend had a wonderful stay! The view from the balcony was gorgeous and you could see SpaceX! I’ve stayed in SPI several times but it was a first for my boys. I loved showing them the area. The beds were very cozy and the bathrooms stunning! We loved having the beach cart available as it worked great and was handy! We rented chairs and umbrellas from Sonny’s with ease! Thank you for your wonderful space! Also having the washer and dryer was a major plus!!
